Mathew, as he is known to friends, industry stalwarts, colleagues and to the world, has been the inspiration. A living example of the fact that ‘dreams do come true’. About 27 years ago, a dreamer with passion and determination started Disha Communications Pvt. Ltd. with a small amount of money that he had saved. Today, Disha has grown to be Bangalore’s biggest entrepreneurial success story in the space of Media and Communications with a turnover of over INR 100 cr. and a pan India presence. Always a visionary, Mathew realised the potential in the space of below-the line communication and hence founded DBCA.

Shautick is the craftsman! His passion and the vision for creating an organisation which will redefine the BTL space led to the formation of DBCA. He realised that the communication space was undergoing metamorphosis. The need was to understand the business and the brand holistically and deliver communication in an effective manner which would connect within the context of the audience. The BTL platform (activation, events, etc.) needed this understanding and had to shift from being mere ‘executers’ to ‘guides’! which happened at DBCA under his able leadership. The brands rest on his shoulders.
We believe that any experiential marketing or brand activation exercise, whether it is connecting through events, merchandising, internal branding, online, etc., must deliver the intended message. This message varies across organisations as their DNAs are different. To deliver an effective event/activation, we need to understand each brand and its stakeholders in a holistic manner. We believe in working as partners where we combine our expertise to deliver inspirational, logical and effective solutions in a professional environment.
